Join one-month yoga TTC with yogi Swami Dayanand on beautiful Goan place Palolem of South Goa. On Kundalini yoga specified, the students get exposed to various asanas, pranayama, mindful discussions on jnana or knowledge, clensing or Kriya techniques of the Hatha yoga tradition. The course includes three vegetarian or yogic food per day and accommodation on famous Palolem beach cottages.
